Returns 

Here at Uniteable, we will happily accept returns within 30 days after you receive your shipping confirmation. In order to receive your return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with the tags attached.

Please be advised that shipping costs are not eligible for return or refund. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credit.

Refunds

If you need to return an item, please email customerservice@uniteable.co to initiate the process with customer service. You will receive a response within 48 business hours for approval or rejection of the refund. We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment once we have received and processed your return item(s), provided it is unworn, undamaged and with the tags still attached. For Uniteable to process a more efficient return, we require the unworn merchandise with tags to also include your shipping order confirmation. 

Any item purchased on Uniteable.co are to be returned directly through Uniteable and cannot be taken for a return to any other place of business. Once we have received the returned item(s), please allow up to two working business days for us to ensure that they meet our return conditions. Once the conditions have been met, we will refund you within seven working business days. Please allow additional time for the funds to be credited back to your account, contingent on how long it takes your bank or financial institution to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your corresponding financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Note: certain financial institutions can take up to 14 working business days to post a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

At Uniteable only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If for any reason your items don’t fit, or you realize that you’d really like something else, please reach out to our customer care team via email at customerservice@uniteable.co so that we can assist you right away. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Customers can exchange more than one item at a time!

Customers will be issued a return label with 48 hours of contacting us. Once the order is accepted for exchange you will receive a return label to send us the item and then will be issued a store credit to repurchase your new item. 

Note: Shipping costs for new purchase will not be included in the order for the new replacement item.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service right away at customerservice@uniteable.co so a replacement item can be sent to you in a timely fashion. Here we thrive off of giving you the best product, so do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service department with any reason your Uniteable item may be damaged or defective.

Gifts

Gift items are only available for exchange only. Please refer to exchange policy. 

To request a refund, the initial buyer of the item will need to contact customer service at customerservice@uniteable.co to receive steps on how to refund the pant directly. 

Shipping Rates

United States

Uniteable offers free domestic shipping across the U.S on orders over $100.

For any other orders, a contingent flat rate will be added based on region. 

For customer returns to Uniteable, a return shipping label will be provided by Uniteable within 72 hours of receiving the order.

After 72 hours the shipping costs of return labels will be deducted from the refund amount issued.

International Orders

Uniteable is not yet fulfilling international orders currently. Stay tuned to future possibilities of international shipping of our items.
